01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 27vip website or any of its associated platforms, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Services.

Your continued use of the 27vip platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 27vip.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 27vip platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 27vip, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 27vip platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing bets.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 27vip platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 27vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 27vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 27vip immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

27vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

27vip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as displayed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 27vip does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification. 27vip reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Funds that have been deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 27vip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

27vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

27vip reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 27vip platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

27vip uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 27vip will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. However, 27vip shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond our reasonable control. Bets that cannot be confirmed due to a system error may be voided and the stake returned to the player.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 27vip platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits without prior authorization from 27vip.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 27vip staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the 27vip platform or another player's account.

08 Responsible Gaming

27vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the duration specified by the player. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 27vip platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 27vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 27vip platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 27vip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

27vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 27vip account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 27vip makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

27vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 27vip cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12 Termination

27vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

27vip operates in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

27vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
